Bullet points: On My Mind Today

• I voted this morning. I like the new marker ballot much better than the punch cards. I didn't know who most of the people were so I refrained from voting for most things. I mostly went so I could say no to the anti-affirmative-action proposal, and yes to reelect our governor. Plus to get the sticker.
• I have a few new concepts for photography projects. The first is one I've already started, some are below, off center b&w candid portraits with very high contrast and a lot of black. The second is a color project I'd like to do with direct sunlight, white background, and various colorful translucent objects photographed very close up. It doesn't sound that awesome when described like that but I have it in my brain.
